The most important thing I like about this firm was they were very patient in helping me find my perfect property since there wasn't much available at first around here (in Atlanta). They helped negotiate some really good deals which allowed us purchase our home within 8 months instead if years as other firms would have done it traditionally/legally.. The team at SAS was very professional from start until finish - nothing but great experiences when dealing w/ them all!! They were able t help us find our next step in life after selling my last business & helping me transition into retirement planning as well. I'd highly recommend this firm if your considering buying /selling any type o real estate property. !
