I received these plugs on August 4th, 2018. I needed them yesterday 4th September 2018, 1 month after delivery. I opened them and they were completely dry and rock hard. There was no "stickiness" in them. It was very difficult to get the plug into the tool that puts it in the tire, but because it was so hard it was physically impossible to put it in the tire. (and I'm 6ft 5in FIT INDIVIDUAL). I was in a dilemma but I got it working by using a lighter to heat the candle to soften it enough to push it into the hoop. It brought me home. 1 peg in the hoop, 24 pegs in the bin.
