Everything is OK. Bad design.
This item works as described but the design could be much better. The writing screen is very small compared to a large pencil. This makes it harder for beginners because you can't see what you're writing or the tip of a pencil as well. We also bought it because we thought it would be great for long car rides. BUT the screen is not backlit and the images are not very dark. So. If the lighting isn't perfect, it's also hard to see. Honestly, given the cost and design of this item, it's better to just buy a tablet and use an email tracking app. I would not recommend it.
