I like that they can help you with any kind of question, from technical to business-related issues (or even personal ones). They have great knowledge about different technologies so it's easy for them helping me in my projects or new ideas development process; their support team is really helpful too! Sometimes there are some delays when replying your request but this doesn't happen very often as far i know ;-) There isn’t much things which need improvement at all :)- The price seems ok.- Their customer service makes sure everything goes well:- It helps us improve our products/services by using analytics,- We get insights into how people use services we provide-, Allows customers understand what features users want most-. The ability to see all of our website traffic in one place! I love that it allows me to look at multiple sites at once, which makes it easier to compare stats between them. I dislike that it's not as easy to use as other analytics programs. It takes more time than I'd like to figure out what I'm looking for. I have been able to track my site traffic and see how many people are visiting my blog from different sources. This helps me know where to focus my efforts with SEO.
