After the bracket broke, the ears of a pair of helmsmen fell off.
After breaking the mounting tabs on a pair of steering gears, I finally decided to buy one of these brackets. Can't believe I didn't buy it sooner, the steering is a lot less messy and installation was a breeze, only taking about an hour.
