Review on Little Shell Native Shoes Jefferson Girls' Shoes by Charles Collier

I wrote a review before but somehow it got deleted so let me try again. I have received them and they have already worn! I can't believe they are ever shipped like this. The soles were dirty, the white tip of her toes was dirty, her soles were dirty. It was obvious that someone had put them on once and then returned them. I just don't understand why they thought they could ship them to another buyer like that. If I pay $45 for a pair of baby shoes, I expect them to be brand new and in like-new condition!
