This is one of those products that you should always have with you, such as. B. a mini battery for jump starting. In recent years, the technology has finally become so compact that it no longer takes up too much space in the trunk. I chose this because I hate looking for loose change and driving to the gas station just to make sure I have the right tire pressure. It deflates my car tires and my wife loves the "bonus" devices for deflating other household items. Let me just say I didn't think such a small device would be powerful enough or have the battery life to air out my tires. I was wrong. In the box you get a compressor, battery, cigarette lighter plug, 2 air hoses (one for tires and one for other purposes), a couple of air adapters (more on that in a moment), manual and 4 metal valve caps. This thing is very easy to use. Connect the battery or socket, screw on the appropriate hose, set the desired psi value on the back wall, attach it to the rail and press the button. From there it's automated and stops pumping air when it reaches the desired psi. Battery life seems fine, I emptied and refilled 2 tires and most of the battery is still there. The device is also faster than I expected. (It's still as noisy as previous generation air compressors). Nozzles for filling footballs, air mattresses etc. have a storage compartment inside. A nice touch by the engineering team to take care of small details. There are even devices for inflating tires with a Presta valve. As long as you keep everything in a case, the device is surprisingly compact and easily fits under your seat. I have one small complaint about a device that's not really a deal breaker. The thread that you screw the hose onto is slightly recessed into the pump body, making it difficult to get a good grip on the knurled hose. Maybe they designed it to protect the internal threads? The workaround would be to lengthen the knurling on the hose a bit, and old fingers might be a good buy. I was still able to attach and detach the hose with no issues. I am very happy with this unit and am planning to buy another one for my wife's car.
