Using the system has been a great experience for both us as an organization and our suppliers. The software makes it so easy to communicate with suppliers regarding our requirements and deadlines. We are able to provide them with the information they need in order to meet our needs. It is also helping us keep track of our supply chain which allows us to be more proactive and not reactive to issues around quality or production. I do not have any dislikes at this time, however if there was something I would like to see improved we can discuss it. If you are looking for a solution that will help you improve your communication process with your supply chain then the WorldFavor system is definitely worth exploring. They can help you understand what is going on in the supply chain and where problems may arise. The ease of use for our employees by having all their work in one place was very helpful as we have many different departments with overlapping issues related to health care costs. It's easy to navigate between projects & tasks which were previously done independently. I would like an option to export my information if there are any changes or updates made after submitting it. We love how much easier this makes us track trends throughout each project.
