Very easy assembly. In general, insulation is easy to manage. One comment is to make sure the angled front bracket fits snugly when supporting the TV wall mount. This will prevent the TV from slowly falling forward and potentially becoming detached. Also make sure you have a good spike finder. The movement and rotation of the entire mount is perfect and I love the security of the mount. The only help I need is my husband helping me put the TV on the stand while I hang it on the wall. With one exception, I do the installation myself from start to finish. It's a great solid setup and comes with all the required wood post wall hardware. or concrete. I love the variety of installation options they offer and the equipment required to get the job done. It was quite powerful, and I was impressed with the smooth rotation and tilt of this device. This is definitely the best buy.
