Will it work? I have no idea if it actually increases performance, let alone how it compares to more expensive competitors. It definitely sounds more aggressive when I step on the gas. Benefit #1: Cost. It's affordable enough that you can justify the cost with a reusable air filter alone. It's half the price of well-known brands. Benefit #2: Customer Service. I originally gave a 3 star review due to a material defect (aesthetic only) and received no response from customer service. It took the factory over a week to reply but when they did they went out of their way to make it right hence my revised 5 stars. Cons #1: Two-piece airbox. At some point, this product apparently switched from a one-piece airbox to a two-piece. Most of the illustrations, along with the available installation videos, point to a one-piece design that looks and (theoretically) works better. The assembly instructions for the two pieces weren't clear (it's not hard to understand but not obvious). Cons #2: Two-piece airbox aesthetic. It has some gaps and exposed mounts. I know it's a small thing, but I'm picky about my Camaro, and some people are obsessed with theirs.
