This is an amazing knife. I cook a lot, am retired and 70 years old. I've always wanted a really good knife because I was tired of hard cutting etc. When this knife was delivered there was a small problem that I didn't understand. I emailed them around 11pm that night and Sam the gentleman emailed me 1 1/2 hours later that night. Because he didn't understand everything he said, the emails went back and forth for 3 days. I can't believe this is finally a company that values their reputation and takes the time to help everyone who purchases their products. If you are looking for a quality kitchen knife, I highly recommend this knife. BE CAREFUL, this knife is sharp and I advise NOT to put it in the dishwasher after each use, hand wash and hand dry only.
