Had high hopes for this, looks great on paper. It shows up less than half the time you start the system. If this actually works, the drive will not be able to handle large transfers, it will fail and shut down. Now you have your back to the eternal boots and maybe they will find you. This terrible reliability is matched only by the total lack of technical support over the phone. I left 4 messages in 3 days and not a single call back! I will be returning this for a refund as I do not expect any support from HighPoint. Save money and time, the product and the company are useless at every level. .
