This is epoxy. It's cheap and it works.

Pretty standard epoxy. The epoxy side panel is very thick. Tip: First add the hardener to the mixing bowl, then add the epoxy and mix slowly for 4 minutes. Nice hard finish when dry. Spray with denatured alcohol to release the bubbles.
