Review on 2-Quart Plastic Measuring Cup for Precision Measurements - Ideal for Cooking and Baking by Karen Washington

I originally bought this from Revain for $8.26 with Revain Prime shipping in January 2016. So much! King Arthur Baking Supplies is $12.95 plus $6 shipping, no way! The 2 liter measuring cup is very good for seeing the dough double in size. This leaves no doubt. EDIT: Fair warning, that's not worth a big deal unless you plan on hand washing it forever. The plastic has cracked and "gone nuts" after two passes through the dishwasher, which has no heating element (more energy efficient) and uses a tumble dryer. I wouldn't trust that cheap plastic cup in the microwave. Save for something that will last longer and doesn't have a health warning on the bottom. HARD PASS.
