The finished product turned out beautiful, but it was quite difficult to sew. There are MANY reverse stitches that I enjoy doing, but too often they obscure the letters in the pattern. Many times I had to guess which symbol, if any, is in which square. Choosing sloping lines for two-color symbols made things even more difficult. These slanting lines completely disappeared under the backstitch lines, so it was always a matter of guesswork as to whether they existed or not. And the floss was terrible! It often broke when sewing or threading the needle. He was rough too, so he didn't get through Aida smoothly. DMC equivalents are given, so I'll definitely use my own thread if I try the other one on this line. I switched to DMC for reverse sewing after snapping three threads halfway through my first little flower. I quickly regretted not having done it from the start. The result is a very good design and finished work. I am very happy with the finished product. However, due to the poor design and quality of the floss, it was more difficult to embroider than necessary. Even if you don't like reverse seams, definitely avoid this set.
