I must say that I like the design and the small jewels that they include in the design, but the thread is not of very good quality, sometimes the combination of Colors, online and "in person" don't look the same.

I am really very disappointed in the quality of the thread you supplied. I noticed on the packaging that your kit may contain a different brand of floss. I think DMC would be very disappointed in you refer to their numbers but supplied poor quality cotton, the black color in this set was terrible, it snagged and knotted on every occasion even at half length. I would seriously consider buying one of your products if you use low quality filament but sell it with DMC numbers

The finished product turned out beautiful, but it was quite difficult to sew. There are MANY reverse stitches that I enjoy doing, but too often they obscure the letters in the pattern. Many times I had to guess which symbol, if any, is in which square. Choosing sloping lines for two-color symbols made things even more difficult. These slanting lines completely disappeared under the backstitch lines, so it was always a matter of guesswork as to whether they existed or not. And the floss was…
