This is a terrific seller and rug pad. I bought one as a trial to use under a rug in the kitchen. It arrived timely, did not stink or smell. There was a slight odor but that quickly disappeared. It's perfect. The inexpensive rug is now comfortable to stand on. The rug pad stays exactly where I put it. The actual rug moves a bit, so I may use some Velcro to keep it in place. It's so comfortable, it's now my dog's favorite place to lay down. Your feet aren't going to sink in an inch, because it's not that deep of a pad, you'd have to pay a lot more for that. It's more comfortable than gel pads I've bought. Now for the all-star customer service part. I ordered three more pads. For some reason they were delivered to California instead of Texas. The vendor replied quickly, refunded my money, I reordered and received replacements very quickly. I have more area rugs that need rug pads. I will continue to buy from and recommend this vendor. They're awesome!
