This is a dangerous item

We have had horses for many years. My wife had knee surgery and is now having trouble getting her left leg high enough to reach the stirrup of her saddle to sit down. She uses a mounting block, but you can't take it with you on a trip. We bought this device hoping it would work despite some bad reviews. In our opinion, this device is dangerous. When the foot is placed in the stirrup, the foot swings under the horse's belly and can throw the rider off balance, which can cause the rider to fall or the horse to talk. We tried several options to fix this and nothing worked. Much safer is a small three-legged stool that can be pulled up with a small rope and then folded up and tied behind the saddle.
