I was glad to have one for my kayak! All was going well until I hit 45mph with the turn signals on at 55, fearing it wouldn't last. It was secured tightly until the wind hit it and blew it completely off my car. I have never been so disappointed. I had to stop at the side of the freeway and drag the kayak behind me and I was literally able to unbuckle the straps. It broke the kayak in my hands! Very badly done. I was better off using pool noodles with two ratchet straps. That's a waste of money!
