Review on CPMS by Justin Albright

The ease of use, ability to run it in various environments (cloud or not) is great for our needs. We have been very happy using this product as an add-on to our existing CMMI process improvement solution. I wish we could do more advanced data mining with it but other than that there are few things that can be improved if needed. Our goal was to improve consistency across different teams within my organization by having all projects under one roof. This has helped us solve several issues such as version control, communication between team members etc. It also helps with tracking progress which is important since many projects get delayed due to lack of resources/costs involved.
