Review on Kicko by Jair Baltrusch

In light of Kicko's catchy tagline, "Discover the Magic of Play," I recently shopped at their online store with much anticipation. Unfortunately, my encounter fell far short of expectations. To begin, the website's layout and functionality were really subpar. It was difficult to find what I needed because of the layout. I tried using the search bar multiple times, but it never seemed to locate the item I was looking for. When I did decide to make a purchase, I had a terrible time with the shipping process. The delivery of my order took twice as long as promised, and when it finally arrived, the contents were broken and the box was torn. My order was obviously not given any attention before being packaged and shipped. The fact that the product itself fell short of my expectations didn't help matters any. It looked cheap and didn't do what it said it would. It made me feel bad that I had spent so much on something that was not even worth what I paid for it. General, dealing with Kicko was a huge letdown for me. I would not suggest this shop to anyone looking for high-quality goods and dependable service because they failed to deliver on their promise of uncovering the wonder of play.
