Clean the area first with Soapy Wooder, I mixed some dish soap with some water and poured it into an empty spray bottle, remember not to stick to dirt. Then peel back the glue halfway, then apply the protruding glue to the bottom of the door skin and when it's level, use your thumbs and squeeze out all the water. Finally remove the remaining glue and do the same for the top. Repeat for all doors.
