Purchased the Varsk contour gauge tool to use for various home improvement projects. We used it when installing our floors. The previous owner was creative and there are several places in the home that have angle and round areas at the fireplace, in the living room, and bedroom. I'm not a construction worker and I had never installed flooring before. So the gauge tool was a life saver for me. The pins lock into place and stayed put. The gauge is well made and sturdy. The 10 inch gauge is perfect for larger areas like the floor planks we installed. I just can't say enough how this tool saved us time, and money with making accurate cuts the first time. I am now finished with the floors, just need to install the molding now. I really can say this tool is worth the money, and I look forward to using it again on upcoming projects around the house.
