Alternating current blows through the ventilation as it should!
Fixed a problem with my 1997 Jeep Cherokee XJ. When the HVAC fan is on, it blows air through the defrost when you accelerate. Changed and everything was fixed without problems. It only works one way, so you can't mess it up.
