Maybe I did something wrong? Maybe my oven is too hot? But the first time I used this pan, I was waiting for the right time to cool and the cake wouldn't budge! I loosened the edges with a wooden spatula. Bad luck. I gave it some time to cool down. Then I tried reinforcement, and nothing! Finally, I took a spatula and loosened the bottom 2 edges a bit to avoid breaking the cake. Then I flipped it on a cooling rack and literally hit the entire bottom of the pot hard and it came out. Just a tiny whole, but it left a tiny layer of brown cake all over the pan. I set the oven to 350 and the cake was baked much quicker than the advertised time. Maybe I need to check the thermostat on the stove? That's why I'm never baking again. There are always problems. If anyone has any suggestions, please don't hesitate! Thanks very much!
