Nothing, but good performance! KIAMPOT really does its work efficiently. It supports Office 365 mailboxes in various ways of access, including OWA and Outlook. As mentioned before, there are some difficulties with connecting with non-Office 365 applications (Outlook and such). We solved these problems by creating two additional user accounts - one with Microsoft 365 access and another with Office 365 access. These two accounts allow you to work remotely while connected in different environments. I have had no issues so far. The support team has been helpful in resolving any issue that we may be facing during migration of emails from one platform to another. We are migrating our existing customer base which was using Gmail as their primary mail client to Microsoft Outlook365. It's quite easy for users who use Gmail to migrate their messages into Outlook 365 seamlessly without losing data or creating duplicate folders.
