Review on Cartman Booster Cable Gauge UL Listed by Dawson Schmidt

I purchased this item less than a year ago. I've had it in my car for emergencies ever since. However, on two occasions of dead battery, this cable has let me down. After further investigation, I found that this cable was defective. He can't jump over a car where other cables can. It won't even fire if two live wires touch. It just can't conduct electricity. This cable has not been damaged or misused. It was safely hidden in case of an emergency. This is a manufacturing defect. This cable has resulted in many wasted hours. DO NOT RELY ON THESE CABLES IN AN EMERGENCY! - Update - Support was understanding and sent me two new cables to replace the broken one. I appreciate that they were understanding and accommodating!
