Great solution when transitioning your office

The ability for one person's hand work can be easily transferred into an electronic format, allowing me access from any location at anytime! I love that my billing department has been able to have all patient information accessible in real time while staying within their own system as well!! You will need some experience with this program before you get used it-it does take getting use too if there are many changes going through during implementation phase due to health care reform. This allows us to see current patients quickly and efficiently without having our staff spend hours inputting data daily which would not reflect what we actually know about them.

Pros

It is easy to navigate once familiarized; great way to keep track/manage your busy schedules by keeping up dated lists or notes etc.I like how everything stays organized when needed instead of searching around looking everywhere trying find something specific (like phone numbers) just because they don't seem readily available where ever else i might look..and most importantly..the ease & simplicity
