Not Sure on these: my feedback

I really wanted to like these but are not feeling them. They are not the brightest and do not seem to last very long. I live in Texas, so they get plenty of sun and still do not last as long as other solar lights i have. They survived one rain but did notice some fogging on a couple lights which would make me think they are not sealed as well as they should be. Not a bad light just wasn't as good as i was expecting.
