I could have spent more time reading the description but this is not cotton. Haynes says they absorb moisture, but the material they're made of doesn't. My feet are cold and wet all day long, even though my shoes are very breathable. And I know the new socks will be a bit slippery, but I have to wear sneakers with them in the bathroom and kitchen. My indoor sandals are lined like sanchin and slide down my foot. I don't like anything about them. I will send them back and read more carefully next time.
