I love that it makes life so much easier for our staff members. The system is easy to use and allows us to have more time to focus on other aspects of running our business. It does not seem like there are many options to customize our setup. We are currently experiencing an influx of new customers which has made it difficult to keep up with all of the information we need to provide our staff. It would be nice if there was some way to see all current customer info in one spot instead of having to go through several screens to get the same info. Our team uses this product as a tool to help them stay organized and keep their jobs efficient. A single click can save a lot of time that they could spend doing other tasks.
