Review on eTHOMAS (Total Health Office Management Automation System) by Michael Caste

I like that it has all my accounts in one place with easy access to everything at any time! The customer service was great as well! There are many features but some could be improved such as searching for an account or getting help when you need it right away instead of waiting days/weeks sometimes before someone responds.

We use this system daily so we don't have much feedback from our patients because they love how fast their appointments get scheduled once entered into the computer. This helps them avoid having multiple people scheduling different things which can lead to confusion if there's more than 1 person involved. Also allows us to schedule quickly without going through other systems first since it integrates directly within THOYS.
