I like that it has multiple seating areas of different sizes available. The ability to have more than one computer open so we can work from home. There are times when I’m away but want my assistant in charge to be able to log people into our system quickly as well. Sometimes there isn’t an option to click through some websites without me clicking first, which takes time away from other tasks. We had issues with another system previously also, but this new program actually works better! It helps us keep track of who’s coming each week and what seats they need.
