Review on John Boos Chop N Slice Maple Cutting Kitchen & Dining by Chad Slaughter

I have bought and used many Boos blocks over the years. With proper care they last a long time (10+, 15+ years) I know how to care for and use them and buy oil and cream. I know how to wash them, dry them, etc. This board is already cracking. I doubt the authenticity. Do not buy. Update September 6th - Revain has replaced the board. Again, it splits after a month of use. I remind you that I have had Boos boards and they have served me for many years. I smear and cream. I dry them after washing. I don't dip them in water. I know how to take care of these boards as I only use them in the kitchen. In the future I will only shop at the kitchen store. The boards sold here are either fake or low quality.
