I used this gasket to service the rear of a 1992 thru 1996 F150, it should fit most similar F150s. You don't have to use a gasket as many just use RTV sealant to make a seal for the cap. The benefit of a gasket is that you don't have to wait for the sealant to cure before adding oil. If you use your truck for work like I do, you don't make money from downtime. This pad can save you hours.
