I make special controllers for people all the time. There was only one problem with this case. The holes for the ABXY knobs had to be opened up slightly. There was a seam from the form. It just needed cleaning, that's all. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It has black ABXY keys and black aluminum joysticks that I previously purchased from Extremerate. The picture doesn't really do it justice. The fit to the rear case was excellent, no modifications were required.
