WORST SERVICE you can find: 1) Delivery. They use SDEK couriers who do not speak 2022 at all (see the screenshot of the correspondence). Delivery took 1.5 weeks. My opinion that Dyson was the second Apple was quickly dispelled. Terrible customer service - they don't answer emails, they hang up on the phone, delivery is postponed. And about further problems with the device (see below), I generally keep quiet. They will kick you from one employee to another for weeks. And it's not just me, read the reviews on their cleaners, there are a lot of people who got married. 3) Type of device. When you buy a vacuum cleaner for 60k you expect to see the perfect product, in a nice and clean package. In fact, a broken vacuum cleaner arrived, everything inside was covered in dust and dirt (see photo).
