I ordered 4 packs of these. They look good and work great as a countdown (stopwatch) or countdown timer with a "time out" signal. I like that there is a switch to select an audible or silent alarm with a flashing LED. However, these "timers" don't work well as hours of the day, which is why I bought them. The printed clock setting guide that came with the device does not work. I emailed customer service and received a response within an hour that included a copy of the printed instructions. Additionally, the "power" switch, described as a battery saver, turns the device completely off and resets the clock to 00:00:00, requiring you to reset the time every time you turn it on. if you could set the time of day. The only alternative is to wait until midnight and put the battery in. but then do not accidentally turn off the power switch. When I replied that those instructions didn't work and that I would be returning the timers, they replied "Sorry." Yes, you are right.
