I was happy to find genuine parts for my 27 year old Kirby vacuum. I would give this item 5 stars if it was exactly the same as the one that came with my vacuum years ago. The hair is not that long and it has lengthened the plastic part in the middle of the hair which makes it a bit difficult to suck delicate items without scratching them which can cause scratches etc. Everything will be fine as long as I'm careful. I'm usually an aggressive cleaner, but I just need to be slower and a little gentler.
