Review on Microshift Advent Medium Cage 9-Speed Rear Derailleur - Black with Clutch by John Brouillard

This rating is for the 1x9 Advent system. So this rear derailleur, 9 speed cassette with 42 teeth and rear derailleur. You need all three (I think) since they work together. Amazing price. Amazing quality. Amazing aesthetics. I'm really in love with the Microshift brand. They filled the gap between high and low. And they are honest about what you get. In this case, you get excellent shift quality at a great price. So what's the catch? You lose a few speeds. In my opinion, I'm happy to lose a few speeds if it can save me literally hundreds of dollars and still get the quality I want. I mean so what? I used to ride single speed mountain bikes. Suddenly I can't handle 9 gears anymore?! Less more. Especially when less is more. Thanks Microshift. Hold tight! Do not give up!
