To be honest I would have sent it back if it didn't have so many small components that are difficult to take apart and put back together. I added a gallon of water and it looks like it's barely full and just dripping water. The difficulty of this situation is that I put this on the shelf in my office so I have a source of clean and cool water for my customers. But getting tap water into such a small filter hole in the sink was a science project and I'm disappointed it STILL doesn't work properly! In fact, the luxury of having some cool, filtered water isn't worth it when it requires multiple trips and it's difficult to organize a water supply to refill it every time. SO disappointing and expensive.
