Very sharp and aggressive. Low cost alternative to Microjet
This model's grille is much more aggressive than the Microplane's grille. So if you use it to grate a zesty lemon, for example, the skin is much deeper than a Microplane. However, it's quick to cut things like ginger and garlic, but be aware that it's also very sharp and can easily cut your fingertips. Mine ended up arriving a little wrinkled but easily bends back to its original shape. Generally a good product for the money
