Review on Bristle-Free Grill Brush – Safe BBQ Brush & Grill Cleaner for Porcelain, Stainless Steel, and Weber Grill Grates – Top Barbecue Brush and Scraper for Optimal Cleaning by Rebecca Guerra

Works better than advertised. but i cheat

It is recommended to "steam clean" the grill with water. I place the metal part of the brush in the grate of the kettle and hold it in place with a lid. Once the grate is hot, I draw hot water from home into a small saucepan and dip the heated brush into hot (120*+) water and clean small areas of the grill, submerging as needed. cleans like a champion. and when the brush inevitably gets clogged with all the scraped bits, a quick dose of blowtorch will burn off the grease, then just smack it on something solid and it'll be practically new. one of my best Revain purchases, without exception. absolutely LOVE this. EDIT Addendum: I had a brilliant idea this weekend, probably because I had a can of IPA "Super Cluster" in my hand ;-). Instead of running the brush perpendicular to the cooking grates, I turned it sideways so the long axis of the brushes would penetrate further into the room and really go to town cleaning things. try it yourself
