Cool! OXO Good Grips is successful again with this tool. This is the chef's perfect tool for turning fish fillets in stainless steel. I then made a grilled cheese sandwich in a stainless steel skillet with lots of gooey cheese and again it was the perfect tool. I buttered both sides of the bread and placed them face down in the pan. This special spatula sneaked right under the bread to make turning the sourdough miracle easier. I think I've just reached grilled cheese nirvana.
