Keep getting compliments on how good it looks. Also works fine. We originally tried using a regular collar on our Whippet mix but that was obviously a disaster. She kept tugging at herself, panting the whole time. We then switched to a harness that works well, especially when cycling. But the harness is uncomfortable for her to cool down, constricts her air when she curls up. It basically works just as well as a tourniquet. It doesn't pull or hurt, and we don't have to constantly undress it like a strap. The only downside is that she found what I think is fox shit. I've tried boiling the collar in soap, soaking it in vinegar, good ol' sun and wind. Nothing will get rid of that thing's rotten smell.
