If you want to use it on bigger bikes I don't recommend smaller bikes then yes

Was very easy to assemble and included the tools to do it because it was cool. But not the best option for strength and stability, when you put the bike on it and start lifting it, it tilts and shakes a lot. Personally, I wouldn't lift the bike all the way on it and feel safe working on it for fear of it falling over. Wouldn't recommend it for that reason.
