The platform is user friendly, provides lots of options like filtering by various tags/keyswords etc. It gives proper representation of your data which helps in decision making process at lower level within team too. UI looks good and provides good support system as well. They should provide option to save search. If you want to keep track of changes made within documents it will be great if they provide some sort of log file or something similar as this feature would definitely be useful at times where we do not have access to servers but still require such monitoring. This tool has enabled our whole product management department with better tracking capabilities and hence improved overall efficiency levels to an extent that makes us look smart even among other tech firms when reporting on their projects. I like how the user interface is easy to use, quick access to information, and very responsive to customer feedback. I dislike that it can be difficult to customize and make your own templates, but this is no different from other applications out there. I recommend View26 to anyone who wants to use JIRA or Confluence. The platform is great at providing all of the data we need in one place. It has helped our team visualize our work more effectively.
