Review on 🚚 Enhance Your Ford F-250 F-350 Super Duty: KitsPro Truck Tailgate Assist Accessory (2017-2021), Original Rod, Pack of 1 by Michael Santos

Installed on my 19 Ram Classic. I wanted this tailgate damper (slow release) because I tow a trailer and have had problems in the past with a tailgate hitting the jack. It left some dents and stains on my old truck. (Not too worried because the back door was already smashed in). I installed this on my new truck so this wouldn't happen if the tailgate accidentally slipped out of my hands. So far it looks like it's working great and no longer unexpectedly falls off! Let's see how long it lasts! Approximately 15 minutes installation with watching videos to better understand the instructions. The price is ok, not super expensive but not cheap either. All in all I recommend this product! The only thing I don't understand is why the manual says to remove the in bed bumper for the rear door along with what the zip tie (rubber) is actually for? I saved all the instructions and the rubber zip tie in case I figure out what it actually does.
