Works great if not flashing wait 30 seconds to fix

Replacing the flasher relay in our Honda Pilots is a real job even after I've done 3 of them. it still bothers me. in hour. So you can imagine my disappointment when Advance Auto sold me an electronic relay that I was told would work with LED bulbs AND was non-returnable (because it's electronic) and not compatible with LEDs , as they said. I! So I started researching and found that this is the only size that fits our pilot and supports LED lights. I installed it first and my turn signals stayed on as did the hazard lights. I got frustrated and pulled it out to replace with another one that didn't work properly but at least blinked. After my frustration got the better of me, I decided to reinstall this flasher relay to show my wife the problems I was having. Automobile. I turned it on and just left it on and told her I had no idea of an alternative to working resistors. When suddenly it started flashing! I turned it off, tried again and it's still blinking! Fast forward to today, 3 days later, and she reported that it's working flawlessly for her. So if you encounter a steady light try to leave it on for at least 30 seconds, if not longer it may fix itself! Also note that all other more versatile LED turn signals will not fit your pilot, they are too big (external dimensions) to fit in the turn signal space. If you get a different LED (like I originally did) you'll be disappointed that you went through all that work to get to it, only to find out it doesn't fit!
