The best thing about this software platform for me was that I could see what my team did when they were not in the office, but still managed our outbound campaigns as if we where there.
Also being able to add or remove people mid campaign without them even knowing it! Sometimes things would show up wrong like emails going into someone else's inbox etc., so you had to correct yourself after. However since adding more agents/people its become less of an issue now than before - just make sure your expectations are well set beforehand as sometimes things do take longer then expected due to other commitments (like meetings)etc.
